Damon Smith
Chief Executive Officer
Damon Smith has a wealth of experience in the Waste Management industry with a proven track record of driving business growth across multiple channels. Since joining the team in 2022, Waste Managed has grown from 18,000 to over 30,000 customers.
Nichola Johnson
Chief Operating Officer
Nichola Johnson has over 16 years of experience leading award-winning customer service teams. She cares passionately about customer experience and has positioned the customer at the heart of everything we do at Waste Managed.
Chris Parker
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Parker (ex KPMG) joined the team in 2022 and has been integral to our company’s growth over the last two years. He brings 23 years of financial experience to our board of directors.
Kelvin Croney
Group Commercial Director
Kelvin Croney has been with the Waste Managed team since 2011 and knows the waste management industry inside and out. His goal is to help educate both our customers and the team on UK businesses’ responsibility to recycle and look after our planet.
Steve Traviss
Procurement & Sustainability Officer
Steve Traviss is MCIPS Chartered and is extremely passionate about the environment and corporate responsibility when it comes to sustainable waste disposal practices. Steve truly embodies everything we stand for at Waste Managed and in 2022, Steve took part in a world record scuba beach clean up in Thailand which we’re incredibly proud of him for. Steve draws off of a wealth of experience in the waste management industry and knowledge of UK environmental legislation.
