Who is WasteManaged?
WasteManaged Ltd is part of the Everything Managed Group servicing over 25,000 customers (and growing).
Our little brother is Payments Managed, a company that offers merchant services (provides your card machines, finds you financing partners) to companies like yours.
The Everything Managed Group has been in the waste business for over 12 years now. We know how the industry works and where it doesn’t. The service provided by many waste companies leaves something to be desired, which is where we come in… we got tired of the same of waste ways and thought that things could be better.
We offer fair, fixed prices for waste collections, with a simple, easy to understand monthly fee that covers everything you need.
We’re here to make it easy for you to just get on and run your business.

As an upgrade option, WasteManaged customers have exclusive access to our fixed billing service. This is where you can lock in your monthly collection costs for a small add-on fee. This guarantees that you never have to pay any excess weight charges.
-
Why fixed billing is better?
We’ve listened to what customers really want and unexpected costs, is something everyone wants to avoid, that’s why we believe offering fixed billing really helps you predict the future, letting you know exactly what you’re being charged each month, no surprises.
All we ask is that you follow our fair usage policy and play by the rules. -
Hang on, what’s your fair usage policy?
You can read our fair usage policy here.
We do not apply excess weight charges if you exceed the weight limits of the bin containers detailed in your Contract Schedule.
However, if you exceed the weight limit by:
(i) Over 100% in two occurrences; or
(ii) Exceed the weight limit by 20% on 3 or more occasions in any twelve month? period;we may require an increase in your collection frequency and/or add additional bin containers to your Services or increase the monthly invoice sum (at a charge agreed in writing by you and us).

What is unbreakable?
Unbreakable is an add-on service we offer our customers that guarantees that if on the rare occasion they were to have a missed collection we will aim to rectify it in under 48 hours by sending out our emergency pick up team. This offers peace of mind to our customers who can feel reassured that their waste will always be taken care of.
-
Can you help make my business greener?
Yes! We can. We have a zero-waste-to-landfill policy. This means that we aim to recycle or repurpose as much of our customers’ waste as possible. We will not simply send it off to be buried. Also, by providing you with various waste stream options, you can reduce how much you put into your general waste bin, increase your recycling rates, and save yourself money on general waste collections.
-
How can WasteManaged offer more competitive prices?
Simple, not only does opting for fixed billing guarantee your price for the next 12 months, but it also gives us the assurance that we won’t suffer the high cost of removing your bins or containers if your contract ends prematurely. This also gives us much more buying power to get you a better deal with our suppliers – that keeps prices low, which is better for everyone.

What size bins do I need?
We provide wheelie bin sizes of 240L, 660L, and 1100L. Typically most businesses opt for a 1100 or 660L bin for their general and recycling, and the 240L bins for glass and food waste. If you are unsure of what size you might need, you can make a call to our team who can advise.

What is a waste stream?
A waste stream is simply the ‘type’ of waste. An example would be a business producing three waste streams such as general, mixed recycling, and food. Each waste stream needs to be kept separate from others and requires its own dedicated bin.
-
Do I need a food bin?
In Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales (from October 2023) businesses are legally required to have a dedicated food waste bin collection service if they produce over 5kg of food per week. It is against the law to mix your food waste with your general refuse. It is highly likely that this law will also be introduced in England soon. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you get a food bin.
